We value your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. This User Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data from our platform and how we process such requests. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data and account at any time by:

  • Submitting a request through the contact form on our landing page.
  • Sending us an email at support@mirrago.com.
  • Calling our customer support number provided in the app or on our website.
  • Using the in-app account deletion feature (see instructions in Section 8 below).

3. When You Delete Your Account

  • We will remove or anonymize posts, comments, and images you have shared on the platform.
  • You may no longer be able to use the same email or username to create a new account.
  • Information others have shared about you may not be deleted automatically.
  • All content will be scheduled for permanent deletion from our servers within 30 days.

4. Final Deletion

After the 30-day period, all personal data will be irreversibly removed from our active databases. We may retain certain data in backups or for legal and fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Instructions to Delete Your Account from the Mobile App

  1. Open the App and sign in.
  2. Go to Your Profile.
  3. Access Settings or Account Settings.
  4. Select “Delete Account”.
  5. Confirm Deletion by following on-screen prompts.

Your request will then be processed as described in Sections 3 and 4.
